The physical, mental and emotional changes that we see as we age are more a result of a more sedentary lifestyle and can be slowed down or even reversed with regular exercise. We offer safe and effective programming and dynamic educational opportunities for the active, or want to be active, seniors. These programs are offered to individuals, groups and to retirement and long term care communities. We also offer consulting to the Wellness and Activities Departments in these communities.
