After you complete the online questionnaire and make your payment, we will call you to conduct the phone consultation. Then, based on the information compiled from those two sources, we will send you a monthly exercise program, with exercise descriptions, on a log which you will complete and return weekly. If any updates or changes are needed, we will email a revised log. In addition to any appropriate weekly revisions, you will also receive a weekly motivational/educational email. You will also be able to email us with your questions. Last but not least, you will receive our monthly newsletter.
Cost: $40.00 joining fee and $395.40 for a year of service (that is just $32.95 per month!). Contact us about a payment plan or a shorter contract.
